Terms and Conditions

  1. The content mentioned in our Terms and conditions is for the purpose of your benefit and our belief therefore has been drafted based on the belief that you have placed upon us. On that basis, please fill and submit the form who have full faith in the terms and conditions outlined (If you feel any requirements & additional clarification on any matter, feel free to contact student’s help center).
  2. Bright Future E-Learning Education and Management maintains the website: https://brightfuture.lk. We are licensed to use all the content on our website. All the content is owned by us and we control access to it. You are not allowed to commercialise our website or the content on it (ie you are not allowed to make money or attract advertising to another business by using our website).
  3. We comply with all relevant laws on Privacy and Data Protection. In general, this means that we will only collect or process personal information for specific and lawful purposes, we won’t collect more than we need for those purposes or keep it for longer than necessary, we will do our best to keep it accurate, and we will keep it as safe as we can.
  4. Any content that is taught and its associated content must be used in good faith, failure to adhere by this rule will result in necessary lawful action taken against this individual (the lawful action will be taken under the 36th Act of 2003 Intellectual Property Act) (Distributing the syllabus and content to any third party or participating in the sale of the content or syllabus is considered to be an act of crime).
  5. Failure to comply with the above rule may result in a fine between Rs.500,000/= to Rs.1500,000/= as this company operates as a registered entity, severe action will be taken against any individual who fails to comply with the above requirement.
  6. All courses are conducted on the Bright Future E-Learning Education’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  7. Do not share the Username & Password of your LMS login.
  8. It’s prohibited to publish the PDF notes & Zoom sessions on YouTube, Facebook or any other platforms even share with anyone. All the live or recorded Zoom session videos will be property of Bright Future E-Learning Education. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against them.
  9. Information about the course will be shared on the LMS if it does not take place on time.
  10. The course fees will not be refunded for any reason
  11. All your queries can be answered through the message through the telegram Student’s Help Center. You can contact Student’s Help Center from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday. Please note that this service will not be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
